we were expecting a room that like our rate, cheap, but we were pleasantly surprised, the room was huge, this hotel is a great value! the TV was old but we weren't in the room much. our stay was very pleasant, we actually stayed one extra night at the last minute!

I made a reservation back in December for a mid-April event at the Big E. I confirmed with a credit card, address, etc.

When we arrived Friday evening, the hotel doors were locked with a note taped up that said "Hotel closed" even though the large sign out front said "Now Open". I had received no phone calls or mail indicating that the room would not be available. It was a nasty surprise!

So, we spent a lot of time driving around an unknown city at 8 pm trying to find a room at the last minute. Although we finally did, the cost was more than three times what we had expected with the original reservation. It's not a place to do business with!
