It is a budget hotel, they are doing a lot of changes to it it looks like for the better. The staff is great they will make you feel at home. For the money you really can't beat it. It is quiet and the area its in has changed a lot for the better. T
40 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
If you like riff-raff hanging around, then this place is for you. If you dont, then stay away. The furnishings are worn out, carpet nasty and staff is about as shady as they come. Upon entering my room I literally found a crack pipe in the corner of my bathroom and a used condom still in the bed. Need I say more? When I went immediately to the desk to complain the owner said..no refund..and told me to get out. We went to the Econo Lodge which was awesome. I later called the PD in Fayetteville to ask about the area the Regency was in and they actually told me to stay away from the place.
