Del Rio does not have much choice. Ramada is as good or better than most of the others.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Regency Inn Del Rio.
I might recommend it to friends.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very friendly and helpful. They eagerly, quickly and pleasantly answered any questions I had about where things were located.
