This is a very small motel with 2 floors and no swimming pool. I stayed there for two nights in the early part of May '07 in a smoking/single/top floor room. The room actually looked pretty nice, was very clean and smelled fresh. There was lots of room so you didn't feel like you were cramped for space.
The air conditioning (got too cold for me) and cable TV (very large size) worked fine. Wireless internet was available but I did not try it out. My particular room did not come with a kitchenette so I can not comment on that as well. The only thing I didn't like about it was that there was no TV remote nor "Do Not Disturb" sign to attach to the door knob on the outside for people who work nights. I did not see any bugs crawling around, unlike some other cheap motels. I would stay again for the price.
