Newly remodeled budget motel located in Fayetteville NC. Located close to the 82nd Airborne Museum and Market House Square. Property has a 1500 sq ft conference or banquet facility. Outside Entrance quiet and clean.

This place is the WORST FILTHIEST excuse for a lodging that my wife and have ever had the displeasure to sleep in.I don't understand why the health board allows it to exist.there was a hole in the bathroom wall to an adjoining space about 8" sqaure?The light switch in the lavatory would only stay on if you held it.The mattresses were filthy.The cheap rug was wrinkled and filthy.The heat/air system was rusty and filthy(we didn't use it).The tiles in the bathroom had mold and was falling out.This sh*t hole was so bad that I took photos.The railroad tracks run close to this place and it seems a train went through town at a quarter to the hour at least 4 times between the hours of midnight and 5am,blowing their horn all the way through town.A real creepy place.If you have a choice save yourself $50 and sleep in your car!We survived so maybe it was worth the $50 for the story value.
This was the worst place i ever stayed in.. the cleaning people came 3 times in the week i stayed there. there were roaches in our room, when someone else took a shower i knew exactly what they were singing. our celing leaked when it rained and the matress had some red stain on it. the water ran all night and some guy jus walked in while i was sleeping if you can afford it stay away from this place
It is a budget hotel, they are doing a lot of changes to it it looks like for the better. The staff is great they will make you feel at home. For the money you really can't beat it. It is quiet and the area its in has changed a lot for the better. The area use to be bad but the city has changed that and its a nice lil area.

If you like riff-raff hanging around, then this place is for you. If you don’t, then stay away. The furnishings are worn out, carpet nasty and staff is about as shady as they come. Upon entering my room I literally found a crack pipe in the corner of my bathroom and a used condom still in the bed. Need I say more? When I went immediately to the desk to complain the owner said..no refund..and told me to get out. We went to the Econo Lodge which was awesome. I later called the PD in Fayetteville to ask about the area the Regency was in and they actually told me to stay away from the place.
This "wonderful" little motel (please note the sarcasm) called us 3 days before our scheduled stay to inform us that our room had been given away to "more important people". They asked us if it was "really important" that we ...
