49 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I went to three rivers and pulled in for the night. i went to my room and it was filthy. dead bugs everywhere, bathroom had not been cleaned, carpet was awful dirty. manager was very rude when i told him i wanted my money back so i could find a clean room. manager said that he had cleaned that room his self and it was clean. i showed him the dirty toilet, dead bugs. he was very hostile. since i am a woman, i was pretty scared.
