This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. They say Clarion is taking over, but whoever is in charge, the service is awful. Doors to multiple rooms did not have working locks, showers had only cold water, some rooms had no towels, or no hangers, or no light bulbs, or no water, or no hair dryer and electical outlets did not function. Staff never once apologized or accepted responsibilty. Rooms are dirty, beds are half made. Meals for conference were poorly served and incomplete. Experience was terrible-- do not stay here.

I HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL, IN GREELEY, COLORADO SINCE 1991 AND HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AS I HAD FROM AUGUST 13-17, 2008. THE ROOM WAS NEVER CLEANED, I NEVER GOT A WASH CLOTH, LIVE BUGS WERE FOUND IN MY BATHROOM ON A DAILY BASIS AND THE COFFEE POT WAS FILTHY. THE WORSE PART OF MY STAY WAS WAKING UP TO TWO COLD SHOWERS AND HAVING TO TAKE A BATH IN THE SINK. THE HOTEL CLAIMED THE CLARION WAS TAKING OVER AND THEY NO LONGER WERE THE REGENCY BUT ACCORDING TO CLARION (CHOICE HOTELS) THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF TAKING THIS HOTEL OVER. I WAS UNABLE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE POOR CONDITIONS BECAUSE EACH PERSON I DID SPEAK TO "PASSED THE BUCK". THE HOTEL IS UNDER RENOVATION AND SHOULD HAVE CLOSED THEIR DOORS DUE TO THE FILTHY CONDITIONS AND POOR MANAGEMENT. THE MANAGER WAS USELESS WHEN WE EXPRESSED OUR FEELINGS. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD A REPUTABLE HOTEL CHAIN ALLOW CONDITIONS SUCH AS THESE? I WASN'T AWARE OF LIVING IN A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY. IT IS SAD NEITHER HOTEL CHAIN, REGENCY NOR CLARION WOULD OWN THE PROBLEM AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS OUTRAGEOUS EXPERIENCE. ONCE AGAIN, RESPONSIBILITY IS LACKING AND NOBODY WANTS TO ADMIT THEIR MISTAKES.

It was a very nice hotel with a great bar.

This hotel made me feel secure: It had cameras and locks.

Greeley is small but this hotel was fairly central and easy to find. It had good parking. It had a bar and restaurant, although the food was terrible. The room was acceptable and clean. I liked that it looked out to the indoor swimming pool but it was a little noisy because of that.

This hotel made me feel practical: The room had a coffee maker, a recliner, and a hair dryer, all the things I needed.
