This place is horrible. Most people don't get to vacation that often, but when you do, you expect a vacation to be relaxing and enjoyable.

This place was awful! The staff is comprised of the rudest people ever, we almost had to call the police on one of their staff. The beds are uncomfortable and the place is unclean.

Upon arrival on our first day we went to climb into bed and pulled back the blankets only to find the sheets hadn't been changed. There were crumbs and hairs all over in the bed. The pool is nice, but there aren't enough chairs for all of their guests and guests were literally fighting over chairs. Don't ask staff for anything, because they will not help you and seem to consider their guests pests.

Do not ever stay here. This is the worst place to ever stay.

They put us in a different room even though they had confirmed room available. In the morning we wanted to change and they charged us a cleaning fee because we stayed in the wrong room for one day. We stayed six days. The rooms were cheap with uncomfortable beds. The staff was the most rude and unhelpful staff I had ever encountered. They had a great pool, but I will never stay there again.

It was just fine. It was close to where we wanted to be.
