We rented a condo with 3 bathrooms unfortunately there was only enough hot water for 1 shower! After our kids showered my wife and I had to put on our bathing suits and go to the public spa area in order to take a hot shower! When we told the attendant that we had no hot water her only response was "I'm Sorry"... she didn't offer to call anyone or to solve the problem.

They show you a picture online of a great mountain view...but what they don't show you is the giant (600-1000 cars) parking lot directly in front of the unit below the balcony. Obviously they cropped the photos or took them in such a way as to exclude the real view which is of the parking lot.

The bedrooms were very small and they put a bed with 4 posts in the master so when you watch T.V. there is a wooden post right in the middle of the screen!

When making the reservation I asked about a washing machine or laundry service and was told by the manager that housekeeping would pick up our dirty laundry and wash it as part of our "housekeeping service"... during our stay when we asked about getting our laundry done the manager said she would leave the laundry room unlocked so my wife could do the laundry... needless to say my wife was very upset about having to do laundry on a saturday night in their disgusting mess of a laundry room. As a result we missed our plans for our ONE SATURDAY NIGHT IN PARK CITY!

As for the housekeeping there were never enough towels and they never really cleaned the place while we were there.

The Spa area never had enough towels... the pools had black stuff floating in them and were cold most of the time.

The GAMEROOM boasts an XBOX and a WII but they games they have are not compatible with the xbox and the wii only has the basic preinstalled games...my 3 young boys got bored of the games after the first 10 minutes.

Since this was one of the more expensive places to stay we expected more. Unfortunately they did not live up to their part of the deal and when I called the Rep. with the RBO website that found me the place he was powerless to do anything. Although he told me he would not list this place on his web site anymore I checked today and he is still listing it.
