Red Roof Inn West Knoxville Motel - Page 1

Made the mistake of staying in Budget Inn America down the road the 1st night, then found this Red Roof. The staff were friendly and attentive, free wi-fi, complementary coffee, tea, hot choc., very clean, remodeled rooms, a/c , tv, microwave worked, bed was comfortable, new carpet, no burn marks anywhere. Please stay here, it is the best for the money!

The Red Roof Inn hotel in Knoxville was quite hard to find when I first arrived after dark. Other than that, they gave good service.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It had a very friendly and helpful staff.

The service was better than average and the location was central and easily accessible to everything in town.

The room smelt like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Everything else was fine.

They have just remodeled and I did not like the tiny bedside table replacement. They added a very nice computer work area with a desk chair, but they removed one of the chairs at the regular table in the room. For two of us, eating in the room, this was very inconvenient. It seemed that they also could not find the right size sheets and blankets for the queen size beds.
