They were ready for us. They understood that the dog's safety and comfort were important to me, and our stay was made even better when the clerk offered to help bring her some fruit for her breakfast -- she eats mostly fruit and veggies. The clerk made her happy and what little tail she has was wagging with great enthusiasm, which in turn made me happy and comfortable to know she was welcome.
