I was very upset. They had treated the grass with pesticide and did not have adequate warning and when I inquired further, they had a 'we don't know or care' attitude. The corporate office was no better.

The attendant at the check-in desk was not at all that friendly and I felt as though I had disturbed him. The room was nice, but smaller and more cramped than I expected. I did not, however, feel secure at all.
