Hotel staff were very friendly, pleasant, and helpful! Room was in great shape!! Will stay here again! I gave it an 8 because the pillows weren't the best, but other than that my stay here was fine!

I got stranded at BWI and found this to be the closest, least expensive, least scary economy hotel right by the airport.
The location is excellent, and they have an acceptably-priced "park and fly" option. T-Mobile Wi-fi access is supposedly available in all rooms. I opted for the "business" class room, which bundled internet, and local/long distance voice calls into the room rate for the same price as 1 night of T-Mobile hot spot access.
The room was clean, the amenities were minimal (no iron? no ironing board?), but I was clearly in a discount hotel. Still, I've stayed in far worse places, and I feel like got very good value for what I received.

The only plus was the location. Everything else was bad. From the staff to the room, everything was nasty. I found black mold on the wall, and I got sick from that.

The room was decorated much more attractively than expected. The staff tried hard to accommodate. I was glad to be visiting Baltimore, and the better than anticipated quality of the hotel made up for some of my disappointment at not being downtown.

I didn't like the slow check out. Only one person was manning the counter, the attendant was doing other tasks and check out took about 20 minutes on a day that I needed to catch a flight.
