One of the best hotels I've stayed in for the price. I've stayed a few times at this location and the service is always top notch and the rooms are always clean.
32 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business
I was charged two nights and I complained about the sub standard room. It was dirty, lacking supplies and it had worn out fabrics. I was told I would get a free night voucher, which never came and I was told I would get a refund for one night, which also never happened.
I am not likely
to return to the Red Roof Inn Syracuse.
I would not recommend it to friends.
I was in Syracuse and needed a place to crash for the night. The staff was very friendly and accomadating. The room was clean, smelled good and the shower was good and hot. A great value.
