Excellent
I had to have my son at summer camp by 8:00 a.m., so rather than leave by 5 a.m., I opted to get a hotel the night before and brought all of my children with me, ages 2,4,7,9. I found the staff to be helpful, and pleasant. I was very pleased.
Our room was very nice and clean. The service was very good. We stayed there for two nights, and sfter the frist night housekeeping came in and cleaned our room, so that it was nice and clean for the next night. The continental breakfast was not...

The motel allows pets in all rooms so my room smelled like a dog and had small bugs, maybe fleas. Also, the carpet was very dirty with many dark stains. Checking in, I had to practically straddle a 200 pound dog sitting in front of the front desk. If you have allergies to animals do not stay at this motel.
I am not likely
to return to the Red Roof Inn & Suites Des Moines.
I would not recommend it to friends.

We stay at Red Roof Inn anytime we travel to Iowa. The manager there is one of the nicest gentlemen I have ever come across at any motel I have stayed at. We always stay for a week or more and he is very helpful in getting us the best rate he can.
I am very likely
to return to the Red Roof Inn & Suites Des Moines.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Because of the location, the road in was somewhat difficult to find; we almost ended up back on the interstate highway next to it. The entrance is farther down the street and past several other businesses. They could use better signage on how to get there!

In anticipation of a snowstorm, my company put me up at Red Roof in Down the street from our company headquarters, as our branch is 2 hours away in another townl. At first there was a mixup over the reservations, but that was quickly resolved. The...

The manager checked us in; he was more than friendly and courteous, which I personally appreciated. If we ever needed anything they would get it for us. The location for us was excellent. The mattresses could be a little more comfortable. We had a suite, and we loved the fact that it was accessible.
They were very friendly and asked us how the room was and if we were being taken care of by the staff.
