They were very friendly and asked us how the room was and if we were being taken care of by the staff.

Excellent

A friend and I recently stayed at this hotel and we really enjoyed it. We found the room to be nice and clean. We didnt get time to swim but the pool area looked spacious and fun.

Horrible

This is one of the least desirable hotels I’ve stayed at. I should have guessed that the “pets allowed policy” was an indicator of the condition of the facility. Fortunately, we were there for only one night!

Because I stay there often, they know who I am and use my name when I stay there. I have a developed relationship with them. They don't have a high turnover of desk help so everyone knows me when I stay.

The weather was bad, they had a room at a fair price, the help was nice and the inn was nice.

We had an issue with our first room, and the front desk was more than happy to get us switched to a 'warmer' room ASAP. Check-in was easy in spite of the fact there was a credit card issue. The front desk help was very helpful and the room was very clean.
