It was a nice hotel, clean and safe. It was good value for the dollar. It would be better if there was a restaurant.

I was placed in a room not far from the front desk and the pool yet not accessible from the outside.

I am from the area. The location is ideal for activities in the area. The room is comfortable and the pool is great for the kids.

The doors require a card for access. The rooms had locks I was comfortable with.

The hotel was fine. I had no problems.

Everything was very good except for the lack of handicapped parking near secondary doors. They were only located at the main entrance which was too far to the haul luggage.

The woman at the front desk was wonderful putting us in a room where we would be close to the front desk because I was a woman traveling alone with my daughter. She also recommended a few places for dinner.

I was able to get up in the morning and have a complementary cup of hot chocolate and a quick swim before check out.

I liked the round the clock hot chocolate and coffee. I also liked that the price that I received was lower than the price I was quoted online. The pool was great. My daughter and I were the only ones in it.

When we checked the, the desk person saw that I was a single female traveling with my twelve-year-old daughter. She gave me an interior room not far from the desk so she would hear me if I had a problem.

1. Their mature staff was very accommodating.

2. Their younger staff was clueless and perfunctory.

3. The sink didn't drain, and the room was immediately switched and the situation rectified.

4. There was no help with luggage for the handicapped.

5. When on breaks, the younger staff (mostly young girls) sat outside the entrance on benches next to the door and smoked. So guests had to walk through smoke when going in and out.

6. Overall, the accommodations are very limited in this immediate area and this inn provided value above cost.

The hotel provides good value for the money. The indoor pool is wonderful. There are the Yankee Candle store and a butterfly sanctuary located nearby. A restaurant in the hotel would be nice.
