The location was good. The price was good with the promotion.

I liked that the staff went out of there way to make us happy and comfortable. They were very courteous and went out of there way to make us happy. They explained things like the coffee in the lobby and called when we got to our room to even make sure everything was to our liking.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The employees made a point of letting us know about the coffee for the morning, they also called to make sure our room was to our liking.

I am very likely to return to the Red Roof Inn South Akron.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

When I arrived to check into my room at approximately 7:00 PM, my room was not ready. Check in time is usually 3 or 4 o'clock. It was absurd.

I am very likely to return to the Red Roof Inn South Akron.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
