The location was excellent -- really easy to get into Manhattan by bus or train, or drive if you preferred. The woman at the front desk was very helpful in giving directions. I also found the bed to be quite comfortable, which was nice, because I have stayed at many hotels of a similar price that smelled bad and were very uncomfortable. I would definitely stay at this Red Roof again.

At this Red Roof Inns everything worked and there were no complaints. All personnel seemed to know what they were doing.
This hotel made me feel welcome: We had a great deal of material to take out of our station wagon while staying at Red Roof. The staff provided a cart and secured us a parking space and room near the elevator. In addition, when I had a difficulty with several items, staff members assisted.

There was a broken door lock, no shampoo, soap. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful.
