Red Roof Inn San Francisco Airport Motel

They were out of several of the things that you expect a hotel to have such as hair conditioner and toothpaste. We were put up at this hotel by the airline due to problems with the computer system failure. Three hundred flights were cancelled or missed because of it, this caused the passengers to be stranded without access to their luggage. Usually the hotels that they put you in accommodate you with the necessary items that you need such as shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste. We ended up going to the hotel next door and buying the items that we needed. If we would have been staying at that hotel, they would have given us the items, that was what they told us at the front desk.

Everything was fine there.

The hotel was generally okay, but nothing too impressive. The room was very dark -- not enough lighting.

I have nothing bad to comment about this hotel.

It's reasonably priced, clean, and with an AAA discount. The restaurant has good food. It offers free car parking.
