The room amenities were as advertised for a "hotel" of this caliber: basic but adequate. The sheets and blanket were clean but very thin. It got cold at night.
My problem with the hotel was its clientel. When we arrived there were two uniformed police officers stationed in the lobby. At the time, this made me feel more safe than nervous, but that quickly changed when we got to our room.
Several guests had their doors cracked and were being very loud inside and could be heard yelling from the other end of the hallway. Staying on the second floor, we could every movement of the heavy footed individuals above us. About 3:00AM we were awakened to the sound of 5 people yelling for "Stan" to open the door of the room next to us. The proceeded to yell at "Stan" and bang on his door for close to 20 minutes.
So much for the police downstairs.
In summary, while I will agree with those that have described this hotel as clean, I certainly would not call it safe. I awoke in the morning more tired than when I went to bed.

Mediocre
The room although not luxurious, was at least adequate. However, a group of young people were housed around us and the noise was excessive. It lasted until 2:30 in the morning with several crank calls on the telephone.
When I got there everyone was nice and helpful. The room smelled very mildewy, the air conditioner worked, so I was happy.. lol. There was nothing but a basic room, no hair dryer, no cofee in the room, and NO WIRELESS INTERNET. arghh. I didn't think ...

Okay
if you are a budget minded traveler this hotel has clean rooms and a nice pool. Don't expect the price to include a cot if needed. Not as close to I-95 as expected, would not advertise as "off I-95" more like "off off off I-95". Not many...
