47 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

The stay at this motel was fantastic. We were treated great from the time we arrived till the time we departed. They had a great cleaning staff.

They went out of their way to take care of all our needs.

I am very likely to return to the Red Roof Inn Richmond South, VA.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

46 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

We have traveled a lot and we have always tried to stay in the Red Roof motels. They have always been clean and very affordable. We have never had a problem with this motel line and I would strongly recommend them to all.

I wanted an extra pillow and the service person not only brought an extra pillow but several extra towels and shampoos to our room. She then went and got us some ice.

I am very likely to return to the Red Roof Inn Richmond South, VA.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

49 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business

It was difficult to check in because the lobby was locked and the desk clerk was not available. Three light bulbs were burnt out.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Red Roof Inn Richmond South, VA.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I absolutely love Red Roof Inn hotels. I will stay nowhere else. They offer quality rooms at economical prices.

They are all out for their guests and they make you feel special.

I am very likely to return to the Red Roof Inn Richmond South, VA.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We were greeted very warmly and directed to our room. All the service staff smiled at us during our stay and inquired if we needed anything.

This was a great hotel-wasn't expecting very much since the price was low but it was decent room (nothing fancy), very clean and very quiet. Beds were comfy, TV worked & it was easy to reach from the highway. Close to a gas station/convenience store....
