The staff was really helpful and nice. The room was very nice and the beds more comfortable than I expected. The swimming pool was warm too. Although they don't offer breakfast, the variety of coffee in the lobby was good. We are going back there...

54 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The air conditioning took two days for the maintenance to change a belt! The toilet seat was not bolted on both sides and it was like a rodeo when you used it! They billed my card three days, I paid cash when we checked out and I was charged for a safe in room that I did not want nor need!

The pool hours should be much later for those of us that get in late. A room key card pool lock would solve the problem. They should just allow guests to use the pool when they want.
The front desk person was very nice. He actually remembered us from a previous stay.
