Red Roof Inn Phoenix Airport Hotel

The air conditioning took two days for the maintenance to change a belt! The toilet seat was not bolted on both sides and it was like a rodeo when you used it! They billed my card three days, I paid cash when we checked out and I was charged for a safe in room that I did not want nor need!

The pool hours should be much later for those of us that get in late. A room key card pool lock would solve the problem. They should just allow guests to use the pool when they want.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk person was very nice. He actually remembered us from a previous stay.
