Room was clean and comfortable. We were there to visit Connecticut College, not to spend time at the hotel, so this was a perfect place to stay for a very reasonable rate.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to provide directions and suggested places to sightsee. The room was comfortable and clean, I loved the pillows! We will definately stay again our next time in town. Thank you...
35 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The location was great, right off the highway and central to Mystic Seaport and Mohegan Sun Casino. The room was adequate with standard features. The staff was not overly accommodating or timely when there was an issue with the room keys not working properly.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Red Roof Inn New London.
I might recommend it to friends.

Dirty rooms, carpets & bathroom floor dirty. Police raiding at 12:30am over weekend. Locals hang out, loud music, patrons unruly, not a family friendly hotel. Afraid to go out after dark.

Not clean, Smelled musty, full of dog hair. Carpet was dirty, not vaccuumed at all. Bathroom floor full of hair, mold. Loud guests, party type hotel for locals. 2 Cop cars at hotel at midnight on Sat. full lights and sirens!! car in lot with flat...
