It is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. People at the front desk are very rude. They do not help you, just take your money from your credit card.

They charge more than what you agreed on. Be aware it looks more like theft. They say the law allows them to do this. When checking out an additional $150 and I was charged for nothing. And again they were very, very rude.

The rooms are small and stinky. For that money you can find way better in New York. This is not a Red Roof Inn like the others. It is an independent franchise. They can do whatever they want and you cannot call the main office.

This hotel had some good things and some bad, the Empire State Building is a block away, and we could walk everywhere from here.

The room was okay, the curtains smelled bad, the telephone didn't work, and there was no garbage can in the room. There was even a bit of mold in the shower. They did however, keep our bags when we checked out so we could sightsee some more. The pictures in there ads are way better then the real thing.

Also they helped us find a car to take to the airport which cost $45.00, and they wanted a 11.00 dollar deposit, which they said would then be taken off our total. When we went to pay the driver at the airport we still owed him $45.00, so something went wrong there. The help, for the most part, were nice. I wouldn't stay here again

The room was more expensive than most Red Roof Inn hotel but this is expected for the Manhattan location. The location of the hotel is close to everything but it is located in Korea town so if not accustomed to the culture it can be a little strange. Overall, it is a good value in a good location.

I am very likely to return to the Red Roof Inn Manhattan.

It's a good value for the price. They have a pleasant staff. The heater was weak in the room but other than that no issues.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk staff was very friendly, beyond what I would have expected for the lower price range in Manhattan.

The hotel is in a very central location, close to Madison Square Garden. It has a friendly staff. There's a subway up the street.

The hotel is ideally located for sight-seeing. It was clean, they had friendly service and the breakfast buffet was constantly filled up. However, our flight was cancelled and even though I rang ahead to say we would be arriving two days later, our week’s booking was cancelled and re-booked at a much higher rate which was a bit of a shock when checking-out. Just be aware folks, when booking, it might be worth checking out their policy on delays.

The red roof inn looked nice, the poeple were very nice. The king size bed just fit in the room and could barley walk around it, making the room approx size of 12' x 12'. The vending machines were soda only.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The staff brought everything requested quickly and were friendly and courteous. They seemed delighted to help. The bell man was particularly helpful.
