We had difficulty getting a crib the first night. We stayed two nights and forgot our blanket the night before so upon checking in again we retrieved it. We were happy with our stay but some staff was new and unknowledgeable about standard amenities.
This hotel made me feel important: I am always given the exclusive attention by staff when I am at the counter for anything I need.

It is convenient to BW Parkway, Baltimore and Washington, and close enough to the BWI airport. It's a cheap and clean place to stay, and if you are familiar with the area, it's close to a variety of restaurants.
