It was a nice hotel, not really expensive. It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast, which they did not have.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Red Roof Inn Kalamazoo West.
I might recommend it to friends.

The staff was very helpful and they gave great advice about making reservations for the next spring. I had a very comfortable room.

I am very likely to return to the Red Roof Inn Kalamazoo West.

We got stuck in a blizzard. They were very busy but we never felt rushed. We got a discount, not knowing they offered them, they took the time to ask.

This hotel made me feel pampered: My husband and I are both disabled. Without asking they gave us extra assistance in getting us a room close to the desk and helped us with our bags

I am very likely to return to the Red Roof Inn Kalamazoo West.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
