Found BUGS (fleas and I had bites from bed bugs) in my bed and yellow bug egg sacks on the mattress pad. There was sand and crayons under the bed from previous occupants. Manager was rude and I had to fight for a refund. He made me feel like I was crazy for even ASKING for a refund. He acted like he didn't believe me until he actually SAW the bugs jumping around the mattress. STAY AWAY!!! There are much better hotels in the area... for $30 dollars more, across the street, the Best Western was clean and offer a great breakfast.
