Red Roof Inn Indianapolis South Motel

They had a vending room which had a microwave that did not look like it had been cleaned in quite a while I nor the person who booked the room were comfortable. I have physical limitations and she specifically booked the room for the first floor. On arrival we were on the second floor. And she has a special card that was to give her special privileges with Red Roof Inn hotels, but obviously it did not. The fact that I am physically challenged did not matter either. The stay in the room was fine, but getting up and down to the room was a painful and very uncomfortable ordeal for me.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk clerk smiled and greeted me very nicely and right away. She was polite and smiled through our whole encounter.

The location is good, and easy to find. The front staff was friendly and offered us an upper level room as we requested at the reservation. Except the light at the washstand which was blinking and the uncleaned inside of the drawers, the room was very good for the rate.

It is very close to the interstate, shopping, and eateries. There was also a very close gas station.

All things were as expected.

It's one of the better places I have ever stayed at.

This hotel made me feel practical: The comfort was there.
