Basic bare-bones room, but for $48, I didn't expect a palace. The room was supposedly non-smoking, but reaked of smoke. It obviously had recently been a smoking room. The bed sagged and was rock hard. We needed a crib/playpen and had to wait to get it. When we did finally get one, it was filthy. I had to clean it and even then didn't feel secure in laying my baby in there. Luckily I had brought my own bedding for it! The worst part was that I was double-charged and as of this time, 10 days later, a manager still has not returned my calls. I have contacted corporate headquarters to see if I can get their help!

I liked the cheap rates. They will take reservations for multiple dates in advance and honor the rate. Sometimes the rooms could be cleaner. The beds could be softer, they are not as firm as they should be.
I am very likely
to return to the Red Roof Inn Indianapolis North.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I actually stayed at two, the other one was the Speedway Red Roof. The price, quality, and service were all exceptional. I usually stay at Super 8, and due to special events in the area, chose Red Roof. I would definitely consider staying there again.
The good lighting, comfortable bed, good television choices, and good bathroom facilities were the main features that helped me be at ease.

Secured the room for a late check-in with a credit card. We arrived at 1:30AM to be told we did not have a reservation. We spent 20 minutes getting that straightened out with a very rude desk person. After we got to the room, the AC did not work. ...
OK for one night and for the price

Okay
It wasn't great, but it wasn't awful either. I'm glad I was only there for one night. It looks like they've started renovating some rooms, which this somewhat worn hotel needs.
