Red Roof Inn Houston Northwest Hotel - Page 1

Me and a group that I manage checked in no problem. We were in the hotel for three days and the last day we were accused of writing graffiti on the walls, and we were all in a room watching tv. Black people dont do grafitti for one and it was all by a kids room that looked like a skater kid yet we were accused out of all the people that were there. The front desk lady was very rude, the manager was rude and they called the police on us. Made us leave the hotel after we were there for three days with no problem. We were forced to drive back to dallas because we didnt have extra money for another hotel room. BS!!! DONT STAY HERE!!! LAWSUIT IS COMING

I liked the motel at first, even though all there was an outdoor pool. However, the clerk at the desk seemed indifferent when I checked in, and was more worried about my brother possibly staying in my room than my needs, my brother was just dropping me off. When I got to my room it was pleasant and then I noticed the black mold growing along the edge of the bathtub and surround for the shower. This so completely grossed me out that I was not able to take my shower and I wished that I had checked first and then complained about it. They were friendlier when I checked out the next morning.

Everything was lovely at this hotel.

This hotel made me feel content: There was nice service at the desk.
