Excellent

Very clean and comfortable. We stayed in San Antonio Texas during New Years and now that we planned our two weeks vaction in California we made sure we found a Red Roof Inn to spend our vacation at.

18 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business

It was good and it did the job.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Red Roof Inn Fresno SR 99.
I might recommend it to friends.

The rooms were very comfortable and the customer service was outstanding. The front desk staff greeted us with a smile and accomodated us with our lodging needs. The room that we stayed in had a micro/fridge and was very clean. I plan to return...

Horrible

Management was rude and would not honor the deal made by night reception without issue. Reserved room was not available (under maintenance).

When we were in the one in Buena Park, they had a management change, it was kind of rough, but the employees did everything they could not to interrupt our stay. Everything we needed was always met with understanding.

We were traveling with two children and one pit bull. They didn't have a problem with any thing we requested, and they were so nice, and besides, we lived in the one in Buena Park, CA for 6 months a year ago. I would never stay at any other hotel after that experience.
