They were friendly, welcoming and helpful with local information. They did not rush us.
This hotel made me feel important: The staff wanted us to enjoy our stay and to feel at ease in the area. Also, they were interested in our experiences with Red Roof Inn hotels.

The air conditioner in the room didn't work very well at all. When we called the front desk they said they would check but no one did.

It was just nicer than expected. Would have been very nice if they had an in-room coffee maker.

Nice staff they were very curtious.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The people at the front desk were really nice when we checked in and when were looking for a place to have dinner they were more than happy to point us in the right direction.
