The location very convenient to the convention site as well as nearby restaurants and entertainment. I arrived in a heavy snow storm, yet parking areas were being cleared that evening and they were well cleared by next day. The counter staff has been at site for several years and it is very familiar with the environment.

The problem we had was with the dirty bathroom and carpet, such problems being corrected on request. The staff was friendly. The rooms are good value for the area where prices are high and there is little competition.

I liked my stay at Red Roof Inn because there were no surprises. The room was cleaned. The area was surprisingly quiet.
This hotel made me feel practical: The rooms are simple no nonsense rooms. Everything is where is should be and no negative surprises. I got exactly what I paid for.
