Red Roof Inn Dallas Hotel

The friendly staff, went above and beyond to make us comfortable and provided additional pillows and towels with a smile. The continental breakfast was wonderful and the coffee was hot. The parking was ample, there was no trouble getting a spot near the room entrance. The rooms were clean and smelled good. There was a coffee pot waiting and they provided additional coffee packets upon request.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very friendly upon check-in, quickly checked us in, explained location of all machines, and the pool. They provided additional coffee packets when requested and delivered pillows and blankets very quickly.

We always stay at the La Quinta hotel when available. However, the carpet in this facility was filthy. You did not want to walk around in your bare feet. It was way its past time for shampooing.

We always try to stay at La Quinta hotels because they allow pets. Their free breakfast has a varied menu and it is well stocked. The decor is pleasant and comfortable. Most rooms are well stocked with amenities. The bathrooms are usually spacious. We always know what we are getting when we stay there. I wish there were more of them throughout the country.

This hotel was being refurbished and it was not in very good shape.

This hotel is an okay place to stay.
