Red Roof Inn Corpus Christi South Motel

I liked the location. Since we were on a pleasure trip the hotel was located near the beach, the mall and the Navy hospital which I visited. Everything about the hotel was nice, the only thing I found not to the standard were the beds. They were not comfortable at all.

Charged us for 4 days on 2-day reservation

Locked us out on second night, for no reason

Desk clerk mumbled before resetting key

No rolling carts in sight nor offered

Continental breakfast not noticed

Insufficent parking near the rooms. Insufficient handicap parking

The hotel had a good location and friendly service.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The location was quiet. The design of the hotel allowed seclusion. The atmosphere was laid back.

It was easy to find. It offered quality service and it was clean, quiet, with well set up rooms. It had a convenient location to all the parts of the city I needed to get to.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff immediately acknowledged me when I entered the lobby, even though waiting on other people. When it was my turn they answered my questions and they called on other staff to check on what they could not answer off the top of their heads. They listened to what I needed and they made sure those needs were met.

The hotel has a great location, near the beach. It also has affordable rates.
