was in town for an ohiostate/iowa football game.game itself was a great experience but our stay at the nationwide was a bummer.anything that could be bad at this place was bad. 10.00 parking a block away and across the street for a handicapped person is not proper. the desk clerks were all trained differently as any answers to problems we had were adressed by three or four different versions, each clerk had his or her own idea of any given situation. the room was ok but lacked in cleanliness,the towels were a disgrace, breakfast bar had no coffee as the machines were broken down and the only answer to the problem was " i ain't no engineer so i can't fix it."security is non existent and nothing was done about all night parties and door slamming in and out all night and people trying to enter our room instead of their own, hard to sleep with one eye open!! advertised courtsy airport shuttle service is a joke. only if you are leaving on a flight after 9:00 a.m can you get a shuttle to the airport as they do not start running until after 8:00 a.m... courtsy internet access is available , at .39 cents a minute, that is not "courtsey" all in all the staff, the room, and all the other things that you would come to expect from an over priced lodging lacked anything good. next time i will spend my money at a cheaper and better inn and it will not be a red roof anywhere!!beware.don't stay here.

I could not believe how big our room was! It was great! I did not feel like I was in a shoebox for my trip. It came with a microwave and fridge and a big desk. I loved it. They also had a small breakfast available, which I used every day. I will go back to this hotel.

The staff at this hotel is always, pleasant and helpful.The hotel was nice for the price. we were not planning on spending much time in the room. The room was in good condition and the bed was comfortable.
I loved having access the the World gym in lieu of a fitness center. The central location is also nice being across the street from the convention center and a walking distance to Nationwide Arena. I Would definitley stay again.

I liked the location of the hotel and it was clean. The price was way too high and our room did not have an alarm clock. A few more channels on the television would be nice.
