Red Roof Inn Coldwater Hotel

We have been staying at this Red Roof location for the past five years. The only problem we have ever had was with one of the desk clerks, he did not have customer service personality and he should not have been in this business. He tried to avoid going or call the desk for anything, even reservations. Except for that this location was fine and that is why we go back every year.

The location was convenient, the room was very clean, and the staff was pleasant.

I found the employees to be very friendly and helpful, the rooms and furniture in very good condition and I was very well pleased with my overall experience.

The people were friendly and efficient, the room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom was neat and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There was absolutely nothing to dislike at all. It's a good value for the dollar.

This hotel made me feel respected: It had well-mannered personnel at the front desk, cleaning staff, and breakfast room.
