I travel most of the time with my pet and knowing that my pet is always welcome at Red Roof makes things much easier for me when I travel. The rooms are always clean, the staff is always friendly and eager to offer help with directions, restaurants, etc.

There wasn't any ice. The hallways were dirty. But, we just needed a clean room and a place to sleep. But a coffee machine in the room would have been a plus.

I commuted to Chapel Hill every week for classes for a whole semester. Although I always made my reservations weeks in advance rarely were they in place when we got there and it made the check in longer. I do believe it was the cheapest place to stay at.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The clerks were very friendly most of the time, free paper in the morning. They always seemed to appreciate my business.

This hotel made me feel respected: We felt respected there because they allowed our dog to stay with us, it was a last minute issue.
