I was surprised that this hotel only recieved 2 stars. When I walked into the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was in great shape. Very clean. The hotel's breakfast has a great assortment of items to choose from. We even received a phone call from the front desk making sure our room was up to our standards. I would return to the Fairfield Inn anytime.

The Fairfield Inn was very clean. Great expanded continental breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent lighting around parking lot for nighttime security. Nice refrigerator and microwave in the room. We would definitely stay here...

This hotel had a good location and was pretty clean. The continental breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The mattresses were hard and the air conditioner was so noisy it kept me awake all night.

It was reasonably priced. It had amenities that would be good while traveling for business or pleasure. The staff was friendly. I did notice one of the computers did not have an updated virus definition set though and updated it and ran it after it was updated and found a virus on the computer. That is not good as people could get their info stolen that way.

to return to the Red Roof Inn Cedar Rapids, IA.

We were very impressed by the friendliness of the hotel personnel. They had a a gal who was at the breakfast area at all times and was very helpful and friendly. We also had a slight problem with our heating system in the room and their head...
