The stay was fine except for the matter of a fire on the floor below me. No one notified me of what was going on until much later. I felt like they forgot I was there.

The room was not up to the standards we have come to expect from this particular Red Roof. However Red Roof Corporate were quick to make the situation right with us once they were aware of the situation.
