Red Roof Inn Busch Motel

The location was near where I was visiting. It was clean and the price was right.

It is great value. The hotel has a good location and a friendly staff.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very cordial. The check in was efficient and the room was clean and well maintained.

I was unhappy with the friendliness, or lack thereof, of the staff. On the way over there I asked for directions and the person answering the phone was rude. Also, the toilet didn't work and they didn't come to fix it until the day we left.

The staff was very unfriendly and they did not make me feel welcome. The jacuzzi was not working properly. There was construction being done at the time and the water was cut off during our stay. I would definitely not stay here again. There are several other hotels near Busch Gardens. I would advise other people to definitely try anywhere, but here.

The location was very convenient for traveling from the airport. The service was as expected. I do recommend that tourists stay here because they give you great deals for your dollars.
