Red Roof Inn Buffalo Hamburg Motel

We had a comfortable room, actually a handicapped room, which we did not request. The shower was very roomy. We were visiting family members and the location was convenient for us.

It was well located for the show I was doing. I had easy check in. They had nice coffee selection in the lobby. However, I was bitten by bedbugs or something in the room while sleeping. The front desk personnel claimed no knowledge of any problem with bugs.

This hotel made me feel secure: I could see my van parked outside my door from the window.

Overall, my opinion is that the hotel is better than expected. I like the nice renovations and cleanliness. The refrigerator is a nice touch.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It was nice to be able to check in to a clean, renovated room. The bed was more comfortable that I expected and the desk was a nice touch.

There was nothing wrong with the place. The hotel was clean, reasonably priced, quiet, and easy to find.

The hotel is clean and the location is excellent, right off I-90. I requested a first floor room reservation due to the amount of luggage (and animal) that I had, but they had me on the second floor. After five minutes of conversation, the clerk was able to move me to the first floor, but I really had to plead my case. Otherwise, everything was great!
