I have stayed there many times and I have always received good service.

I am very likely to return to the Red Roof Inn Buffalo Amherst.

The location was convenient for access to all the family members. The room service was quite efficient and they even went the extra mile to make up our granddaughter's sleeping bag every day. Serving non stop coffee is a plus.

I am very likely to return to the Red Roof Inn Buffalo Amherst.

It was the third time we have stayed here. It's not a luxury hotel, but fits our needs as a place to sleep only, as we visit relatives in the area. This time they really went out of their way to get adjoining rooms for our married daughter and us, as well as making sure we had everything we needed for our two-month-old grandson.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff went out of their way to provide our family with any needs, and to make sure we could find open places to eat as it was a holiday weekend.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Red Roof Inn Buffalo Amherst.
I might recommend it to friends.
