The price was the best of the hotels in the area. The staff was incredibly nice.

The bed was very uncomfortable. They did not provide the crib I requested.

The beds were hard as rocks. I requested a crib and it was not provided. The room was dim.

It’s a bit far from Disneyland, but very close to Knott’s Berry Farm.

They made up the room every day, but it still felt a bit dirty and we could see stains on the sides of the box springs. The area isn’t the best and one night when we returned there were some shady people hanging around the side of the building we were on. We were also right along the freeway, so there is traffic noise all the time. We just slept and showered there and that was it, not sure I would want to spend a lot of time hanging around the motel.

Also, there was supposed to be a continental breakfast, but all they had were muffins and coffee. The place is hard to get into, when you exit the freeway its right in front of you but there is no entrance there and you have to go to the end of the block, turn and then pull into a strip mall parking lot then cut through a restaurant parking lot to get to the lobby.

The front desk employees are very nice; they’re always very professional and friendly. They took care of the problem with lights in the bathroom very quickly.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front office staff was friendly.
