The man that checked us in was rude and the maid service was poor. The pool had little kids that were not respecting the pool rules and the staff did not seem to care.

It was an awesome stay.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The atmosphere was pleasing.

I have no complaints. I feel all the road side motels charge way too much money. Traveling is just to costly when you are expecting to spend nights at these places.

It was basically the only room we could find. It was, overall, as expected, a bit noisy, but comfortable enough. I have stayed there before and I would go back in a pinch.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front counter staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful and that made me feel welcome.

The hotel was easy to get to, but it was not conveniently located to restaurants. It was a nice medium priced motel and they allowed pets. I liked that a lot because there was no extra charge.

It was clean - an average hotel.

Our experience with Red Roof Inns was fantastic. The front desk people were great. They handled everything very professionally. We stayed 3 nights there and the staff was very nice. The room was also very quiet (even with it being right next to the interstate!). Plus, they had places where we could plug our pickup in at no extra charge. We enjoyed the 'free' daily paper and the coffee too! It's a great place to stay and we will stay there next time we go to Billings!
