The hotel had a friendly staff. The rooms were clean and well taken care of.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Red Roof Inn Billings North.

57 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The hotel had a convenient location to my needs. The employees were very friendly and willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was spacious, clean and easily accessible. It was a pleasant experience and I will stay there again.

This hotel made me feel respected: I was treated considerately. The personnel attended quickly to questions and needs.

I am very likely to return to the Red Roof Inn Billings North.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It's a good location, fair comfort, but poor service. I would not recommend it for others. They have poor social skills and it is not a non-smoking environment.

I am not likely to return to the Red Roof Inn Billings North.

70 year old woman with a shoestring budget, traveling for leisure

The only thing that we were supposed to get was a handicap room and they didn't even have one. They finally gave us a room on the first floor.

I am not likely to return to the Red Roof Inn Billings North.
I would not recommend it to friends.
