The hotel is very convenient and reasonable, it provides non smoking rooms and it allows us to take our dog. They have a very nice staff at desk. The breakfast is minimal, but fine. We will stay there again.
The front desk staff was warm and they remembered us from the last visit.
I am very likely
to return to the Red Roof Inn Ann Arbor (University South).
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Terrible hotel. I suspect that staff removed items from room. When I contacted customer service they simply told me they were not responsible for "lost" items.
The room was without power for over 12 hours, no air conditioning, no lights, no emergency lighting in the rooms and no response from the staff of the hotel. This was a miserable experience. If the hotel hadn't been pre-paid, I would have left. As it was I was "trapped" there.

The internet access was only available in the business rooms. No internet access in the whirlpool rooms. At the least, they could offer wireless in the public areas.
