I was travelling with my husband through Spokane and we thought that the Red Lion would be a good choice. Within the first five minutes we were there, three of the four available employees we encountered (excepting the lovely woman at the front desk) were unbelievably rude and condescending. I can only assume from the frequency of rudeness that this kind of behavior is encouraged by the management who apparently do not actually want anyone to rent rooms at this hotel. We stayed elsewhere and I'll be urging everyone I know to avoid Red Lion in Spokane.

Good
The Bulldog Club of America held it's National dog show at this Red Lion in October 2007. It was a beautiful hotel, and venue. I fell in love with the shower heads in the rooms, the big drench ya kind. Really Awesome.

It is a GREAT Hotel, Excellent Service, Wonderful staff. Food was good. Very clean rooms. I defiantly will stay there again next time I am in Spokane. The staff was very helpful in making dinner reservations at another restaurant for our group....
